I was checking out on getkeysmart.com and, i kept waiting for some random fee to pop up at the end. Maybe I’m just used to that happening on other sites, but the prices were clear the whole time, which was a nice surprise.

Shipping and discounts were laid out plainly too, so I didn’t have to second-guess what I was paying before hitting buy. It’s a simple thing, I guess, but it made the whole checkout feel way less annoying. 5 stars from me.

I ordered a KeySmart with a couple of add-ons, i was kind of expecting there to maybe be some small mix-up, but everything showed up exactly how I picked it. The color was right, the items were right, and nothing was missing.

I’ve had little mistakes happen with other sites before, so I was a bit hesitant, but this ended up being a nice, easy experience. It was a simple order, sure, but they got every part of it correct...

They asked me to send over a few pictures and my order info, and after that they got a replacement sent out. It took a bit longer than I was hoping, but they handled it smoothly and didn’t make the process annoying. Overall, I’m happy they stood behind the product

I’ve had my KeySmart for a few months now, and the screws staying tight is better than I thought it would be. I kind of expected the keys to get loose rolling around in my pocket and all that, but they just haven’t really. I still check it sometimes, just because, and it’s snug still. It’s a small thing, maybe boring, but it makes using it way nicer. I’m happy with it

I wasn’t totally sure all my house keys would fit, especially the one oddball key I have, so I reached out and support basically said, “You should be fine as long as they’re normal house keys.” Turns out they were right. Everything fits just fine and I haven’t had any issues so far.

I picked up the KeySmart because I was tired of my keys stabbing me in the pocket every time I sat down. After setting it up, everything feels way more organized and it doesn’t jingle all over the place like my old keyring did. It did take me a few minutes to get the keys in there just right, but once it was done, I was happy with it. The bottle opener is a nice bonus, and having a spot for a Tile is actually really handy too

Works well overall — most of my stuff fits just fine. One clip didn’t fit perfectly, but it’s not a huge deal
